9月5日，秋高气爽、阳光普照，我司迎来了内蒙古朝聚眼科医院集团董事长张波洲一行，前来交接由亚洲防盲基金会捐赠给内蒙古的复明12、24号眼科医疗手术车。内蒙古朝聚眼科医院集团，受内蒙古自治区残联人工作委员会、全区“光明行”社会公益活动组委会的重托，承担着内蒙古地区的白内障患者免费复明手术的主要任务。

据朝聚眼科集团公益项目总负责人郑金朵女士介绍，自2011年至今，亚洲防盲基金会在陈梁悦明会长及总裁的带领下凝聚多方力量为内蒙古先后捐赠了复明24号、25号、8号三辆手术车和一辆儿童青少年近视防控筛查车。此次又捐赠新24号、12号二辆手术车，这些善举为内蒙古交通不便地区的眼疾患者带来了福音！得到了自治区党委、政府的高度重视。朝聚眼科医院集团作为手术车医疗承办主要机构，使用手术车10多年来，每年超过200天时间深入到118.3万平方公里的辽阔草原，为交通不便、经济相对困难的白内障患者，提供了到家门口不花一分钱，在手术车上享受到高质量的手术复明服务。这10多年中，复明手术车从病源筛查到实施手术，在内蒙古边远边境地区起到了不可替代、无障碍送光明的伟大作用！众多重见光明的白内障患者，见证了手术车在边远边境地区的重要性，手术车不仅送来了光明，更像温暖的太阳，照亮了患者们的心灵，使他们重新树立了投身美好生活的信心。

本次交付的12、24号眼科医疗手术车，有以下升级改进的地方：
