  近日，由中铁隧道集团与我司联合开发的全国第一台隧道综合检测车在中国中铁隧道集团总部基地—广州南沙交付验收。来自国内隧道行业的专家组对综合检测车，就产品外观，功能，结构，工艺等多方面进行细致评测，这台公路和铁路隧道检测兼顾的移动检测车，自动化程度高，整车性能达到了国内先进水平；

  Recently, the first comprehensive tunnel inspection vehicle jointly developed by China Railway Tunnel Group and our company was delivered and accepted in Nansha, Guangzhou, the headquarters base of China Railway Tunnel Group. The expert group from the domestic tunnel industry to the comprehensive inspection vehicle, on the product appearance, function, structure, technology and other aspects of detailed evaluation, the road and railway tunnel detection of both mobile inspection vehicle, high degree of automation, vehicle performance reached the domestic advanced level;

  本项目由中铁隧道集团旗下的广东省隧道结构智能监控与维护企业重点实验室组织总体研发，委托我司研发车载型的检测平台。检测车整机采用“汽车底盘+检测舱”结构形式，由车辆（含汽车底盘、箱体、发电机组及主控制室）、探地雷达检测系统、表观病害检测系统等组成。

  The overall research and development of this project is organized by the Key Laboratory of Guangdong Province Tunnel Structure Intelligent Monitoring and Maintenance Enterprise under China Railway Tunnel Group, and our company is entrusted to develop the vehicle-mounted detection platform. The detection vehicle adopts the structure of "chassis + detection cabin", which consists of the vehicle (including chassis, box, generator set and main control room), ground penetrating radar detection system, apparent disease detection system, etc.

  隧道综合检测车，是集隧道表观检测，结构检测，安全性检测等功能于一身的特种车辆，取代了原来手脚架架设式检测方法，更精准，高效。

  Tunnel comprehensive inspection vehicle is a special vehicle integrating tunnel apparent detection, structure detection, safety detection and other functions. It replaces the original foot and foot frame erecting detection method, which is more accurate and efficient.

  隧道综合检测车整车分为驾驶区，设备区，操作区三大区间，在检测车工作时，驾驶人员将检测车驾驶至工作地点，检测操作员只需要在操作区一键打开设备区拱门，将设备伸展到位，即可进行检测工作。

  Tunnel comprehensive detection vehicle is divided into driving area, equipment area, operation area three sections, when the detection car work, the driver will test the car to drive to the work place, detection operator only need to open the equipment area arch in the operation area, the equipment can be stretched in place, detection work.

  在工作状态下，检测车可以定速在5-15KW的范围内均速行使，车子边走边扫描，让所采集的数据更为精准，数据处理自动完成，现场可以迅速出具检测结果；

  In the working state, the detection car can be fixed speed within the range of 5-15KW, the car walking while scanning, so that the collected data is more accurate, data processing is completed automatically, the site can quickly issue the test results;

  针对国内运营铁路隧道的检测主要采用目视巡检、敲击和手持雷达检测等人工手段，此方法效率低、准确性和标准化程度较低，见下图：

  The detection of domestic railway tunnels mainly adopts manual means such as visual inspection, percussion and hand-held radar detection, which has low efficiency, accuracy and standardization, as shown in the following figure:

  本车设计了舱体可以与底盘分离，把舱体吊到高铁或地铁轨道平台，对铁路隧道进行扫描检测；具有检测速度快、工作强度低，安全可靠性高的优势，与会专家一直认为，此产品的成功研发，并在后续不断完善，未来的市场前景相当广泛；

  The cabin can be separated from the chassis, and the cabin can be hoisted to the high-speed railway or subway rail platform for scanning and detection of railway tunnels. It has the advantages of fast detection speed, low working intensity and high safety and reliability. Experts at the meeting always believe that the successful development of this product and continuous improvement in the follow-up will have a wide market prospect in the future.
