检测车整机采用“汽车底盘+检测舱”结构形式，由车辆（含汽车底盘、箱体、发电机组及主控制室）、探地雷达检测系统、表观病害检测系统等组成。汽车底盘为检测设备提供载运平台；车厢用于隔离箱体内表观检测系统和探地雷达检测系统、液压系统及控制系统等仪器在车辆转运过程中免受灰尘、湿气侵扰。工作状态下，开启拱形滑动门，探地雷达检测系统和表观检测系统均可实现无遮挡作业，探地雷达天线通过机械臂驱动可伸展到预设位置。在非工作状态下，雷达天线收回初始位置并拆下，闭合箱体。主控制室布置有操作台、主控电脑、ups电源、车辆状态监控系统、座椅等基础设施，为作业过程控制系统提供动力和操作空间。如下图所示。

Under the working condition, open the arch sliding door, the GPR detection system and the apparent detection system can realize no shielding operation, and the GPR antenna can be extended to the preset position by the mechanical arm drive. In the non-working state, the radar antenna is returned to the initial position and removed, and the box is closed. The main control room is equipped with operating platform, main control computer, UPS power supply, vehicle status monitoring system, seats and other infrastructure to provide power and operation space for the process control system. As shown in the figure below.

探地雷达检测系统由液压系统、机械臂、电控系统、雷达天线、雷达主机等组，其中液压系统、机械臂和电控系统安装于检测车箱体内。因雷达天线、主机属于贵重仪器，平时存放于单位库房。检测作业时，把雷达主机放置于主控室操作台上，同时将四个雷达天线（≤16kg）安装于机械臂端头，另外两个雷达天线安装于车箱主控室下侧（车尾部），雷达主机与天线通过集束电缆连接，电控系统根据检测的隧道断面大小和测线位置，控制机械臂伸缩与角度调节，雷达天线与衬砌非接触扫描探测。

表观病害检测系统由安装机架、10组工业相机、三维激光扫描仪及控制系统组成。其中，三维激光扫描仪属于高精密仪器，一般存放于库房，需要使用时，才将其固定安装于表观检测机架红色位置；10组工业相机和控制系统安装于表观检测系统的机架上面，表观检测系统机架固定安装在车辆方舱内。
