(1)每辆车上都应设置与所装载物体相配的可拆卸可调整的固定装置和栓系系统，要求固定牢靠稳妥，在车辆正常行进和起停时所装载物体不能产生滑动和跌落。

放射性国体废物库特种运输车在野外载货行驶，车厢需要抗震、抗拉、抗压、耐/蚀等特性，为降低自重，顶部非封闭结构，车厢侧栏板四局采用集装箱瓦菱板结构，前挡板采用搪钢与防护板焊接结构，车厢侧栏板和尾拦板采用厚1.2mm优质防锈处理的汽车专用冷轧钢板加工，中间骨架采用方管加焊;

放射性固体废物库特种运输车车厢运输容器装卸时，车厢为可左右侧翻倒方式，无遮挡物，方便运翰容器进出，运输容器装却时车厢侧板和后板应均可手动开启和关闭便于操作。

4、固定及夹具

5、废料桶吊具

专用夹具采用吊机作业，吊机下降时，夹具弹簧机构碰到桶的端面，立即撞开钩爪，等钩爪收起时，自动收紧闭合并夹住圆筒四周，吊机吊起时拘爪与筒壁接触，牢牢勾住桶的下端园法兰端面，

吊具作业的抓爪张开和收起，均是机械动作完成，无需用电操作;
