在野外尤其是夏天露天太阳直射的情况下,路面气温可以达到摄氏+50度左右,排涝车的普通车厢内部温度超过70度,车厢隔热保温性能对发动机输出排涝功率影响很大。当发动机的环境温度超过40度的时候,每升高温度1度,功率会下降2%;意味着若排涝车车厢的隔热不佳,排涝机组的功率输出会大打折扣。因此,为解决此问题,我司将拥有自主知识产权的“超低导热箱体技术“的专利实施在该批排涝车上。该技术已成功运用在南极考察车上,确保了南极超低温零下80度环境下实现可靠工作安全运行;优质的隔热保温技术成功运用到排涝车的箱体制造上,确保了不管在傲雪凌霜还是在夏阳酷暑的恶劣环境下,排涝车都能保证满负荷、全功率的关闭车门状态下排涝。
