一．发电箱技术参数

1.箱体外形尺寸:长×宽×高:12192×2600×2896 mm。或可以定制;

2.箱体结构:采用集装箱结构形式;上面四角设集装箱角件，箱体可吊装。可以使用集装箱半挂车运输;

3.箱体总体布置:箱体前面为排风迷宫，中间为机组，后面为进风迷宫。

4.箱体门:

箱体左右两侧各设2扇单开门，其中两侧的对开门分别用于机组维护和维修、操作控制，﹔一扇单开门用于油箱间的维护。（根据现场要求，设定门的朝向和位置）。

(2)进、排风通道设消音迷宫，采用专业降噪材料减噪，设计迷宫形式以达到减噪要求为准。

(3)对排气系统采用高减噪、低阻力型消音器，进行排气系统减噪，以达到使用要求为准。一般可达到7米处85分贝以下的降噪效果。

箱体采用高减噪、低阻力型消音器，进行排气系统减噪，消音器安装在箱体内顶部，消音器本体及与其焊接的管路及法兰采用Q235材质。消音器及管路可拆卸。消音器整体喷600度耐高温油漆。

箱体内配备可选配干粉灭火器（车载型）或七氟丙烷灭火系统（固定机房型)。

配备箱体防雷针，负责将箱体上避雷针引到地上的避雷网。

配备大型油箱，可以选配不间断供油。油箱有排污孔，配备排放阀，箱体内设有加油口，主用出油口，备用出油口，回油口，呼吸口等，油箱配备磁翻板液位计。

箱体侧板和顶板为预处理好的标准集装箱板，采用喷砂除锈处理，双面喷涂两遍富锌底漆，结构焊接后人工除锈、涂防锈底漆，面漆;油漆采用汽车用高级油漆（丙烯酸聚氨酯磁性漆），油漆具有很好的防腐、防锈性能，颜色由客户定。

The paint adopts automotive advanced paint (acrylicpolyurethane magnetic paint), the paint has very good anticorrosion and anti-rust performance, the color is determined bythe customer.
