共享基金会全球完成7000例免费白内障手术

共享基金会(基金会)于老挝全国开展的「消除白内障致盲项目」，在本月从首都万象搬迁至琅勃拉邦107人民军医院。截至11月17日，基金会与广西壮族自治区、山西省、黑龙江省及福建省医疗队在五个国家包括老挝、柬埔寨、吉布提、塞内加尔及毛里塔尼亚，共完成超过7000宗免费白内障手术，为无数患者重见光明。 This month, the GX Foundation (the Foundation) 's national project to Eliminate Cataract Blindness in Laos moved from the capital Vientiane to the 107 People's Army Hospital in Luang Prabang. As of November 17, the foundation and medical teams from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Shanxi Province, Heilongjiang Province and Fujian Province had completed more than 7,000 free cataract surgeries in five countries, including Laos, Cambodia, Djibouti, Senegal and Mauritania, restoring sight to countless patients.

共享基金会在2018年成立，我们善用一国两制的优势，以香港为总部，为「一带一路」沿线国家提供医疗人道援助。基金会英文名称GX，源于共享（Gong Xiang）的拼音首两字母，近期以「消除白内障致盲项目」为旗舰项目。我们组织我国自治区及省份包括广西、山西、福建和黑龙江的医护人员，到各个受援国开展免费的白内障手术，旨在「消除」在该国或一省或地区因白内障而致盲的积压病例，所有手术均会在基金会在广东顺德制造的“途稳行”牌移动手术车上进行。 The GX Foundation was established in 2018 to make good use of the advantages of one country, two systems, and to provide medical and humanitarian assistance to countries along the "the Belt and Road" with Hong Kong as its headquarters. We organize medical staff from our autonomous regions and provinces, including Guangxi, Shanxi, Fujian, and Heilongjiang, to carry out free cataract surgeries in various recipient countries, with the aim of "eliminating" the backlog of cases of blindness caused by cataracts in that country or province or region. All surgeries will be carried out on the "Tourwin" brand mobile surgical vehicle manufactured by the Foundation in Shunde, Guangdong.
