应急充电车用于应对新能源电动汽车因电池亏电或漏电，车处于身边无充电桩的情形，需要充电车为其应急补、充电；应急充电车配套发电机组和车载充电桩，比较多种充电模式，该充电车的使用成本较低；The emergency charging vehicle is used to deal with the situation that the new energy electric vehicle has no charging pile nearby due to battery loss or electricity leakage, so the charging vehicle needs to make up and charge for the emergency.
