自装卸式储能舱

Self-1oading and unloading storage tank

自装卸式储能舱，是我司与南方电网电力科学院共同开发的新产品，该产品功能与UPS电源车相同，是为不可以掉电设备于电源切换间隙保电的装置。

The self-loading and unloading energy storage tank is a new product jointly developed by our company and China southern power grid electric power academy of sciences. The product has the same function as the UPS power car, and is a device to protect the power of the equipment that can not be dropped in the power switch gap.

我司生产的自装卸式储能舱具有以下特点:

The self-loading and unloading storage tank produced by our company has the following characteristics

1、专利南极隔热保温舱体

1、Patent Antarctic insulation cabin

储能舱整个舱体使用我司专利技术低导热系数的非金属高强度保温厢体（南极隔热保温技术）生产。舱体隔热保温效果一流，冬暖夏凉，更好的保护舱体内设备。

The whole body of the energy storage tank is produced by the non-metal high-strength insulation tank with low thermalconductivity (Antarctic thermal insulation technology) with our patented technology.Cabin insulation effect first-class, warmin winter and cool in summer, better protection of cabin equipment.

2、自动温控装置

2、Automatic temperature control device

储能舱配置自动温度控制装置，使用太阳能储能动力系统驱动，当舱体内温度高于预设定温度时，通风系统将会自动打开，自动调节舱体同温度，使舱内设备保持在最佳工作环境温度，使设备达到最佳状态。

The energy storage cabin is equipped with automatic temperature control device and driven by solar energy storagepower system. When the temperature in the cabin is higher than the preset temperature, the ventilation system wil automatically open and automatically adjust the temperature of the cabin to keep the equipment in the cabin at the bestworking environment temperature and make the equipment reach the best state.

3、自装卸式装置

3、Self loading and unloading device

储能舱装配有我司独有自装卸系统装置，能使用遥控控制舱体的水平升降与装卸机构的同步扩展。舱体可以通过自装卸机构升高到平板货车装载高度，货车倒入舱体底部后，马上完成装载。免除吊机及吊车设备的吊装工作，放便舱体运输，便于运输过程中货车的更换。

The storage tank is equipped with our unique self-loading and unloading system device, which can use remote control tocontrol the horizontal lifting of the tank and the synchronous expansion of the loading and unloading mechanism. The cabincan be lifted from the loading and unloading mechanism to the loading height of the flatbed truck.The loading can be completed immediately after the truck is dropped into the bottom of the cabin. The liting work of crane and crane equipment is exempted, and the cabin transportation is released to facilitate the replacement of freight cars in the process oftransportation.

4、车载式电缆绞盘

4、Truck cable capstan

在储能舱的后门内，安装有我司专有技术生产的电动/手动一体化电缆绞盘，用于缆线的收纳，绞盘操作方便快捷。

In the rear door of the storage tank, the electric/manual integrated cable winch produced by our company's proprietarytechnology is installed, which is used for cable storage and easy to operate.

5、独立接线区

5、Independent wiring area

接线区与设备区独立设置，接线区位于储能舱侧面，可直接在舱外打开，无需要在舱内接线，保证了舱内环境的洁净整齐。

接线区内配置多路电源输出接口，一路市政电源输入接口及舱体接地端子。所有外界电路通过接线区与舱体同设备互连。

The wiring area and the equipment area are set independently.The wiring area is located on the side of the energystorage tank and can be opened directly outside the tank.There is no need for wiring inside the tank which ensures theclean and tidy environment inside the tank.

The wiring area is equipped with multi-channel power output interface, one municipal power input interface and cabingrounding terminal. All external circuits are interconnected with the cabin and equipment through the wiring area.
