相比于大巴客车的底盘改装，疫苗接种半挂车有以下优势:

(1）相比汽车大巴的避震性，半挂车底盘采用气囊悬挂系统，避震一流，能更好保护车内设备;

(2）半挂车结构可以根据功能需要容易实现各种功能，半挂车空间大，利用面积更宽泛;如车内的应急发电机组的存放，可以移除出车外，减少发电机的噪音和排烟污染;汽车大巴结构限制，发电机组必须固定在车内底部，发电时的震动和噪音、排烟会污染车内外的周边环境。

在半挂车底盘基础，制作豪华客车外观车厢，大玻璃窗，周边均为大圆弧过渡，厢体的设计和制作均有良好的保温抗震性能，能确保高温环境下安全可靠的工作。车身采用口字型钢材做骨架，外蒙皮为防绣型电解板，采用应力拉伸工艺，综合应用焊接和粘接两种工艺，确保外蒙皮与骨架牢固连接，外观平整，按照生产厂家独家拥有的南极车舱技术的实施舱内保温隔热工程，内部压力发泡聚胺脂高密度保温隔热材料。内饰板为国家卫生部认可的手术车专用装饰板，光滑、无毒、无味、防腐可以清洗，属于环保性专用材料。
